Our disciplines include ancient warrior workout training, traditional Indian martial arts and some diversely advanced training that are designed to develop physical and psychological abilities. Many areas of life are particularly well-suited to Rann Abhyasa, focusing mainly on the unpredictable and less regimented areas, like survival and combat situations and several forms of sports activities.
