Olympic Lifting is made out of two lifts, the grab and the quick lift.

The Snatch is the point at which the hand weight is lifted from the stage to secured arms overhead a smooth constant development. This lift requires coordination, middle (center) soundness, and unstable intensity of the legs to produce the upward energy required to grab weight overhead. Enormous speed is required to get underneath the bar after the second force.

The quick lift is a lift that is a composite of two weightlifting developments: the clean and the twitch. The perfect part comprises of the lifter moving a weighted free weight from the floor to a racked position crosswise over deltoids and clavicles. The twitch divide includes lifting the weight over the head until the point that the arms are straight and the bar is stationary.
